The Nugget is building a grassroots movement across cities - and we need Local Heroes to lead the charge.
As a Local Hero, you’ll be the face of The Nugget in your city: a passionate connector who drives partnerships, builds community engagement, and champions family-friendly spaces. You’ll bridge the gap between our digital platform and real-life connections.
This is a dynamic role blending business development, community outreach, customer insights, and event strategy. You’ll work independently, with the support of The Nugget’s core team, to grow our presence and impact locally.
💡 Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based (you keep everything you bring in for the first 6 months, then rates will be reevaluated) with potential for equity based on performance and revenue.
